The Beauty Product I Cannot Live Without - Angela Ricci
Angela Ricci is a singer - you might have seen her in the Fevertree TV advert where she sings the classic song, Give Me Fever by Peggy Lee. She is a seasoned singer who had performed with the likes of Kelis, Rita Ora and The Heavy.
Not to rest on her laurels she has been busy recording her own material but she took time out to tell us about the beauty product she cannot live without.
The beauty product I cannot live without at the moment is my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish. I had been recommended to switch to mineral foundation as I often had breakouts and clogged pores. So I decided to try this product as opposed to the liquid foundations I had been using. Not only do I find it much lighter on the skin but I also discovered its multifunctional use.
As a foundation, it gives a natural, even-toned, medium coverage. It is also great for highlighting certain areas or simply used as a setting/finishingpowder. In the summer, it blends with my skin and copes perfectly well with the heat, sweat, etc. And in my paler winter months, it gives a healthy natural tanned tone to my face. I use it everyday and it's the first thing I pack with me in my makeup bag for gigs etc.
It lasts quite long too as I've had mine for over nine months and it still hasn't finished (or shattered into little pieces!). So if like me, you don't like to apply much makeup in your day-to-day routine, and are happy to use a hint of concealer to hide smaller slightly critical areas, then this might suit your combination skin too. Blend all over your face, eyebrows on, mascara on and out you go!
